A history-making $50 million gift to Texas Children’s Hospital from
Jan and Dan Duncan will help create the world’s pre-eminent
collaborative institute to study and treat pediatric neurological
disorders.
The Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute at Texas
Children’s Hospital will be the first dedicated facility to use a
multidisciplinary research approach to understand pediatric brain
structure, development patterns and related diseases.
The gift to Texas Children’s marks a major milestone in the
hospital’s $400 million Heal Sick Children campaign.
