The Kangaroo Crew is a pediatric intensive care transport service that brings patients from all over the nation, Mexico and Central America to Texas Children's Hospital for expert care.

Kangaroo Crew is the only hospital-to-hospital transport service that brings newborn babies and critically ill children to Texas Children's Hospital, the nation's largest pediatric hospital. Texas Children's Kangaroo Crew has been transporting critically ill newborn babies and children for more than 20 years.
 
The Kangaroo Crew team performs more than 1,400 critical care transports a year.
 

More than half of Texas Children's Kangaroo Crew transports are of seriously ill newborn babies.
 

Three specially equipped ground ambulances deliver 80 percent of Kangaroo Crew transports from locations within 90 miles of Texas Children's Hospital.
 
Our customized Cessna airplane, put into service in 2008, transports critically ill newborn babies and children from throughout the United States, Mexico and Central America.
 
The Kangaroo Crew airplane can reach speeds up to 450 miles per hour and travel up to 1,800 miles without refueling in all types of weather.
