member of Online Parents’ Connection and/or when you update your
member profile and 2) When you access our site and complete mail-to
links or forms that are used to contact Texas Children's, such as
our Career Opportunities response mechanism. These mail-to links and
forms collect information you provide in order for Texas Children’s
to deliver requested materials, respond to your questions, or
provide related information.
Texas Children's respects your privacy and will not voluntarily
release, trade or sell any information you provide without your
approval. Texas Children's is not responsible for the release of any
information you provide directly to other users of this website or

In addition, a completed pre-registration form does not create or
constitute any relationship between you and Texas Children's (its
directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives) or any of
the physicians on Texas Children’s medical staff.
