Texas Children’s Hospital is committed to providing the finest care possible to children—regardless of their families' ability to pay. We are training the next generation of pediatric physicians and advancing the treatment and prevention of childhood diseases through groundbreaking research. A legend in pediatric care, Texas Children's is now a partner with another pediatric legend—Children’s Miracle Network. Together, we are creating miracles.

Children’s Miracle Network started 22 years ago as a small television fundraiser in Provo, Utah, and has grown to become the world’s leading children’s charity. It has raised more than $2.2 billion for the 170 pediatric hospitals in its international alliance. Most of the funds have been donated $1 at a time through the sale of paper Miracle Balloons at corporate sponsors like Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, Church's Chicken, Blockbuster, Valero Energy and Wal-Mart, which has contributed more than $300 million to the Children’s Miracle Network national program.

As the only hospital in the greater Houston area to benefit from Children’s Miracle Network, Texas Children’s Hospital devotes 100 percent of its Children’s Miracle Network funds received to its charity care program. By participating in Children’s Miracle Network events and purchasing Miracle Balloons at local sponsor locations, you help Texas Children’s Hospital serve the health care needs of underprivileged children and their families. Last year alone, we provided more than $21 million in pediatric care to nearly 15,000 needy children. Our partnership with Children’s Miracle Network helps us continue to provide the best in pediatric care, research and education for children in our community and far beyond.
