Texas Children's Hospital
reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to
any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation
or postponement, Texas Children's Hospital will refund any
registration fees, but is not responsible for any related
costs, charges or expenses to participants, including
cancellations or charges assessed by airlines and travel
agencies.
In order to process refunds for
course withdrawals, cancellations must be received in
writing by Oct. 31, 2006. Refunds will be issued for the
amount of registration less a $50 service charge.
The symposium will be held at the
Hilton Hotel Americas-Houston located in the heart of
downtown Houston.
Shopping, dining and other cultural attractions are
nearby.
The Hilton Americas-Houston 24-story state-of-the-art
convention hotel offers Texas visitors 1,203 guestrooms,
including both one and two-bedroom suites. The hotel also

participant in the International Pediatric Cardiac Nursing

requested after Oct. 18, 2006, will be accepted on a
space- and rate-available basis.
